My Headphone Mic is Not Working , How i Fix it?? Mic is Working Fine On Linux(Ubuntu , Mint) , On Linux i just simply Plug-in my Mic and Start Using (Hardware is Fine), But On Windows i plug-in and i Switch to Headphone Microphone but it's Not Working... (On Some Point I Think Linux is Much Easier Than Windows ).. :sarc: No Sound Recorded from my External Microphone on Windows.. 
i Re-install Audio Drivers Many Times , But Still the Same Problem. My All Drivers are Up-To-Date.. What i Do Now?? My Laptop is Dell Inspiron N4050 , IDT High Definition Audio Controller ... (See The Image , i'm Speaking in Microphone But Nothing Happening) ...
