My Hibernate done broke!

So the other day there was a lightning storm in my area, we lost power, and ever since I can't properly put my computer into hibernate.

I normally hibernate my computer every night or when I leave for a couple hours. But now, when it tries to restore, my screen stays black and nothing happens. I don't even see the blue "resuming from hibernation" screen, which now that I think about it sounds like a problem with my motherboard or bios.
If I hold in the power button and force it to reset, and then turn it on, it starts to actually resume from hibernation, but then it hits an error.
I wrote this down from the error screen:

Status: 0xX0000411

File: \hiberfil.sys

I ran a small test of putting it into hibernation shortly after it booted, and in that test I had to shut down the computer because it never displayed anything, but then it restored properly from hibernation. But when I let it sit overnight (you know, when I'm doing it for real and have stuff open) it fails to restore.

From the start menu type in CMD. Right click on command prompt and select run as administrator. In the command prompt box type in the following commands one at a time:
powercfg -h off
powercfg -h on
