My Monitor goes to sleep after 10 minutes, screensaver none, power....

hello i am new to the forum, Well i am getting really frustrated that my monitor goes to sleep after 10 minutes of inactivity, but my computer still runing,video still playing, music still playing, just my monitor decided to go to sleep for no reason, and i have to move my mouse to get it wake up again. i have set my screensaver to off, and power option to never, and it is still happening. i might not be the only one here having the same problem, if anyone have any solution that could help me out please do , i will really appreciate it ;c :cry:

Hi welcome to the forum

what do you have your monitor to do after a certain time? go to control panel power options on left hand side of screen choose when to turn off the display

Do you have Windows media player installed, or any other, ie VLC

Please fill in your comp specs Make/model/ graphics card etc, it will help

Yes, please fill in your system specs especially the make/model of your display monitor. TW I have multimedia even with the balanced setting

Some monitors will have their own sleep settings, but we can not guide, if we do not know.
