My New Pc Keep Shutting down like the power just went out!!!!

Hello....

i just got my new custom build pc and everything looked fine until it started to shut down like the power just went out randomly and when i turn it on it gives me to run it on safe mode or normally, some times it shut down will starting the pc

i tried to change the Place of the power cord and take off my storage hardware but still keeps crashing with out the blue screen

some times it run fine for hours

note that this is a completely new pc and i can't buy things

i run windows defender but nothing

It sounds like a self build to me.
Any way describe this crash. In the description you said it was like the power went out. In that case your computer would not automatically restart and then cpu fans and lights would be off. That to me sounds like a hardware prob such as psu. If the screen goes black but the cpu is still humming that it could be something else. Probably still hardware related.

sounds like a bad power supply unit. I would go back to who built your pc for you and let them know you most likely have a bad power supply and that it needs to be replaced.

yes it is

and matt the pieces they use are all new from shipped boxes so i don't think that is the problem

anyway it been a while since it happend
it seem it only occur when i start playing (it's a gaming pc)

i read some things about windows 7 updates but i am not sure

Since it is a custom build\gaming rig we need you to fill out your specs. How big is your psu AND model,video card,how many hdd etc.
Video cards take up a lot of juice and since it seems to only crash when you game maybe the psu has an overwatage protection circuit or something.
