i tried to change the Place of the power cord and take off my storage hardware but still keeps crashing with out the blue screen

some times it run fine for hours

note that this is a completely new pc and i can't buy things

and some times i have to hit the PSU to start the pc
but it doesn't happen in safe mode

so you think its not the psu fault but the in pc files?

Hi,

As you mentioned that you have to hit the PSU, I guess issue could be with the PSU. If you have a spare one try with that.
also, make sure all the connections inside the cabinet are properly seated. No loose cables. Unplug the cables and plug them back tightly. Try to re seat the RAM sticks as well. Make sure the power cord coming from PSU to Motherboard is properly plugged in.

Keep us posted.
