Well I now know that it's not the streaming software I just got a hardlock while using chrome, it's sounding like the instability rate is increasing.
This is on the old mobo still.
After looking at similar problems to mine the fault may lie with either the Mobo or the CPU but im leaning towards the Mobo as im not sure about the CPU yet.

I think it may be more motherboard, you could test the CPU if you wanted.

Gave a 53 min test of Prime95 but i may run it for longer, well it's odd that the RMA didn't even detect an issue with this Mobo.

Give it a few hours at least, and run all three tests of Prime95: Small FFT's, Large FFT's and Blend Test.

That's good to know, let us how it goes when you've completely sorted out the system again.

Sorted out my system which all works to a nice spec, but it takes multiple presses of the reset switch to actually get it to the OS splash screen, my mobo is ASRock Z77 Extreme 4

On the previous motherboard everything booted up fine but as soon as I used this new mobo it happened.
Also from the ASRock manual handbook it said that a 93 is a PCI Hot Bus Plug Initialization, any idea what that is?

It enables you to remove and add PCI connected hardware whilst the computer is still running.

I think you helped out a lot especially on the previous problem, thanks so much for the SATA Advice.
This is bearable though i mean it runs fine just the occasional odd multiple restart, haven't experience any freak crashes lately.

Just adding my two cents here: I have/had the same problem with Win 7 Freezing up. I tried all the updating and stuff but it only seemed to make it worse. After a fair amount of following various guides and helpful suggestions from forums as this, i pretty much gave up and started contemplating going back to XP. Well, in the end i gave Win 7 one last shot, and tried to figure out what set off the freezes. I rolled back to Vanilla and only installed The SP1 update and the optional Media Center Update, after i realized that Media Player had an almost sure-fire tendency to freeze up my system. I found that this, combined with Turning Off all "Retrieve/Send Info From Internet"-Option helped a lot. So from that i deducted that Win 7 had a problem with this feature and i then started looking for other programs that did this automatically. I, like many others, use AVG Free, and when you install it, you have the option of some extra features (if you didn't choose Express Install), realizing that these features did the same thing, send/retrieve info, i de-selected them and only installed the Anti-Virus program. This helped a ton! Now Windows only lags occasionally when i use Firefox.
I have no idea, which of the Updates, beyond the ones mentioned, are safe to install. So a Trial and Error approach is all i can recommend.

Windows Updates are generally okay, I've personally never had a problem at all with Windows Updates. Generally speaking, Windows Updates only really cause problems because they weren't written correctly to begin with, or there is something already wrong with the operating system.
