Hi,
You would need to use the search options and go to Computer/ Programs x86 or just programs if there is no x86 folder listed and look for the program you want to use sometimes and find it's .exe file.

When I choose a .exe, it doesnt put it in the list, so that I cant use that program

Hi,
You should only have to do the association once and just make sure it works and then check the box to always open that program with the file type and it should work just clicking on the file.

What what type and what program are you dealing with by the way ?
