My pc is not giving me the maximum...

Hello guys...
well yesterday i formatted my windows from 8.1 to 7 ultimate 64 bit , and everything is good , the windows is running so smooth , but i've got one problem which its the internet speed , im not getting my max internet speed that i payed for , before in the windows 8.1 there was not any problem with it and i usually was getting 1 mega byte/second , but now in this win 7 i get 300-400 kb/s ...
and my drivers all are up to date :/ can someone help me with this annoying problem?

I formatted my windows to 8 and this error is still there , might it be a hardware problem?

Hello and welcome to the forums DaLL

Should not be related to Windows 7 unless it is automatically downloading updates or something while you are doing the speedtests. Have you tried rebooting the router?
