My Ram usage safe level?

Hi,
I want to know if this is a safe level of RAM usage because I don't know why my RAM is using half of it already without doing anything check this out.

Can I lower the RAM usage to a lower level than that?

You can use less ram by uninstalling unnecessary programs etc.

At least! 2GB is really the min reccomended.

Life will be better if you increase the RAM to 2GB.

IGB is the minimum. As a general rule minimum is not really enough to keep the user satisfied.

You RAM level is fine. Weather or not you need more RAM depends on what it is you are using the computer for. Web browsing is not going to need 2 GBs or RAM. Furthermore, the "Free" value is not as important as "Available". You want the "Free" value to be low while having "Available" high.

Are you having problems with this computer? If not, do not try and fix a problem when there is no problem.
