Should be, I just use Microsoft Security Essentials and Malware Bytes and that's good enough for me.

With MalwareBytes and Windows Security Essentials (You said Defender, but I think this is what you meant) you should be fine when it comes to spyware/malware. When it comes to Anti-Virus software, the game changes a little. Although you can install more than one AV on your machine, it is very highly discouraged as they will not function correctly. Something you must know about kaspersky.

He has a very bad run if you use Mbma and wind def.

To show you what i mean it'il be kind of you if you could run the gsi kaspersky tool, it create a report zip log, submit it to the gsi parser and read the incompatibility softs remarks.

• donwload it on your desktop and unzip it
• execute

GetSystemInfo.exe ( I Agree > Create Report )
