My system does not start any .exe files

Hello,

i have been dealing with this issue for quite some time now...i will appreciate any advice!

All of a sudden my Win Media player started chrasing than VLC, after that i had problems updating my programs, installing new software...

Soulutions i have already tryed:
- system restore (no effect)
-virus scan (some threats found and quarantined, issue not resolved)
- safe mode with network (malwarebytes scan (some threats found, quarantined), MS essentials scan (no threats), AVG scan (no hreats found)
-additional safe mode scans preformed system was clean
-additional scans preformed in normal boot with all programs (no threats found)
-re installation of software that didnt work before, no result
-scanned my system with Rkill (i attached the log file)

I am seeking advice on what to do, so i wont have to reimage my system.

hi, ty for the tip. replaced all .reg files. same problem. Default search.reg is unable to finish, error msg attached, i tryed to start it from safe mode, same thing.

the thing is that if i try to run the program by it self, lets say just oppening VLC it openes normally, but if i try to open it through a file, it crashes. same with Win Media Player. I have attached error msgs i have encountered.

If i try to start League of Legends it lounches but when i click play it stops working....when i try to run battle.net updater it starts but than shuts off automaticly. Same happenes if i try to run Hearthstone, it starts and that after few sec it shuts down, i am gettin no error messages from either.
