my W7ultimate screen is too wide

i upgraded my win7 starter to win7ultimate 32bit and i have been having a problem with my screen resolution. i feel it's a bit wide for my ASUS T101MT netbook and it made it look blurry. i tried adjusting the screen resolution. it's stuck at 800x600. display is generic pnp monitor on standard VGA graphics adapter. i tried installing the graphics driver from asus but it doesnt work. says something like my system is too low. i am not a computer expert so i wish someone in here can help me.tnx

Looks like you should download and install the Chipset and VGA drivers from here: ASUSTeK Computer Inc. -Support- Drivers and Download Eee PC T101MT
