NAS Drive log on failure

HI,

I am having problems accessing my NAS Drive, i can access the setup page through my browser 192.168.1.64 and see all the folders, i can see the drive in my Network it's named, Keiths-Drive,
I can logon using Vista with the following info
USER:-keith-drive
Password:-***
But when i try and logon using Windows 7 with the same info i get the following message
Logon Failure: Unknown user name or password.
any help will be appreciated

have you tried "admin" as the user and "password" for password win7 may have gone back to default if that works you will be able to change your security settings once logged in hope that helps
