NAS Visibility Lost after XP mode/switch user

My home network runs a D-link 655 router with an XP box, Windows 7 Professional (HP 180t) box, HP MediaVault 2020 NAS, and a Synology 410 NAS physically attached. I am able to view all these components on my Windows 7 box in 'explorer - Network' on boot.

If I open an XP mode window or switch to another user on the Windows 7 box, I lose visibility of the NAS devices and the XP box when I return to my account. I am still able to access the devices via browser and can ping even though they don't show under Network in explorer. If I re-boot the Windows 7 box, everything is fine. All devices have fixed IP addresses.

Appreciate any suggestions.

You may want to go into your user settings and make sure that all users on your computer have access to network resources.

Issues resolved

Thanks. Checked permissions but it turned out my Workgroup settings were not correct. I had originally started up Windows 7 in 'Homegroup' mode. Killed that and updated my workgroup name. Can see everything on the network. It all comes back after changing users/hibernation/etc.
