Need a PC build to plat Planetside 2

As the title says I'm in need of a build that can play planetside 2 in Ultra settings. I have no experience in computer components so please bless me with your expertise! My budget is upto $1000 USD thanks!

My advice would be to buy one - but $1000 may just suffice for the Graphics cards.

But if you really want to build, start with an AMD CPU and mobo. Much ckeaper than Intel - because your budget is tight. For 'ultra' you'll have to pay ultra.

Thermaltake water 2.0 professional for CPU cooling

Case that is up to you MB i would go with Sabertooth r 2.0 for the FX CHIP

Actually you beat me to suggesting AMD which you are spot on and no you didn't miss anything Wolfgang you are on target as usual there are 3 different Sabertooths for AMD 1st gen 2nd gen R2.0 and 3rd gen with PCI-E 3.0

The price is around 189.00 to 200.00 much cheaper then the Intel Armored version

Nice and pretty box. Could not find the detailed specs though.

Here they are it comes with a water cooler but i would edit the OS to win 7 64bit just saying 8.1 windows

It's pretty good for what they threw together and it's a 4770k so i mean if he has a extra 300.00 he can lock that in and call it a day
