Company computer, yes. It just popped up when I booted up this morning. It was all in one dialog box (C:\windows\system32\cmd.exe). I am not seeing any tracking software on my computer, but I am not the administrator so it may be hidden? Thanks for trying to help. I appreciate it so much.

I don't want a work around or anything. I just want to know if I am being tracked without my knowledge which seems highly unethical.

I'm not an expert on computers on a company network.
A company domain computer is administrated remotely and logs itself on the domain when you boot the computer. You can receive this kind of message if it fails to log on the domain.
And yes, if the computer is well set, everything you do on the computer can be tracked remotely by IT department.

It is impossible to tell from the provided information whether or not you are being tracked. But as this is a company computer it is reasonable to assume so. You have no expectation of privacy on a company computer. There are all kinds of ways tracking can be done. Much could be done without anything installed on the computer.

Relax, it's not tracking software. It appears to simply be a script that will log you on to the company network when you are at work, or when you connect remotely to your company. It tries to run a login script from one of your company servers: \\Dc-hq-02\netlogon\logon.bat

Then it tries to map a network drive to another server. Of course, as you are at home both fail to run:
The network path is invalid for \\kangaroo\public

It appears to just be an innocuous login script that runs whenever you boot up, but that fails to do anything if you are not on the company network.
