need help getting war thunder to work on my laptop

hey i need help with trying to get war thunder running i keep getting the block screen of death soon after i hit play it crashes and this error message pops up "software exception (0x40000015)" i know my antivirus and firewall are excluding it even malwarebytes is. i even put myself outside of my routers firewall and i still get it. i have windows 7 ultimate 64x, and my laptop is a toshiba satellite L655. and i just reformated not to long ago, my brother ran it just fine before i used it but that was awhile ago so if theres anything that can help i would appreciate it

Try updating graphic drivers

Yes try updating the drivers and install (DirectX 9 Redist June 2010) that is needed for almost every game.

well i think i accedently installed directx 12 instead of 11 is there a way to unistall it so i can instal the correct one
