Need Help Identifying Strange New Hidden Partitions Appearing In DM

Sorry if this is in the wrong section, wasn't sure where to put it. I multi-boot C: (Win 7), L: (Win 10) and N: (another Win 10) - all internal drives. T and up are on an external drive.
Look at this picture and tell me what the partitions are that I've arrowed and in particular the one I highlighted in yellow which is seemingly locked so I can't do anything with it. I can't move, merge or format it, properties say something about MBR. The other arrowed ones I assume are put there by Acronis T.I. These unknown ones are all new to me.
Note: Acronis is not supposed to do anything but a backup once a week of C: drive to V: drive, nothing else.
Or, is there a new Windows process insitiuted since I refused the Win 10 upgrade for C: ???
...and yes I've done an elevated disc cleanup on C:....several times.
Edit: sorry DM is confusing as the display is out of order, disc letter-wise.

Windows 10 creates those for recovery purposes during install.
This recovery partition is to hold the Windows Recovery Environment (WinRE)

Windows Disk Management does not support extending a partition where the free space is before the partition.
If you want to use that 8 MB of unallocated space on Disk 0, a program such as MiniTool Partition Wizard, AOMEI Partition Assistant, etc., should be able to do this.
Then you should be able to extend partition [O] to use that unallocated space.
I use MiniTool Partition Wizard for changes like this.

I always create backup(s) before making changes like this, i use Macrium Reflect.

I can't move, merge or format it, properties say something about MBR.

If i get a message like this from Windows, i wouldn't mess with it unless i am fully prepared for a restore and a Startup Repair.

You have partition O (letter) on Disk 0 (number), so that's makes this more fun, read carefully

LOL, thanks folks, will do some more reading and research. Just hadn't seen it before for some unknown reason.
