Solved Need help in finding Windows 7 drivers for Lenovo laptop

Hello. I just installed Windows 7 (64 bit) on my old Lenovo laptop and I lost the drivers CD (I know... sorry). I used to be able to find my drivers by searching for the device instance path, but that was a few years ago. Now when I tried that yesterday I couldn't find anything or at least anything reliable that I can install. I mainly need the Ethernet and Network controller drivers, just to get access to the internet and from there I might be able to have Windows auto install them.

Here are the drivers that I need most:

Ethernet controller: VEN_1969&DEV_10A0

Network controller: VEN_168C&DEV_0032

PCI simple communications controller: VEN_8086&DEV_1E3A

At the moment I am also missing the display drivers and some USB device is also shown as unrecognized by the system but I guess I can handle those after I connect to the internet.

I have attached my Speccy specs in PC.txt

Can anyone help me find a reliable source of drivers for at least the internet related devices?
