Need Help Making Windows Repair Disc USB

Well there isn't really a current situation; I'm trying to have a universal repair disc for any Windows installation. And it turns out using Shift+F10 skips to the recover console, so it all works.

Oh, if there is some universal repair disc for fixing any version of Windows with something similar to sfc (replacing any corrupt Windows files) and bootrec (fixing boot), please let me know!

Get the 64 bit boot.wim from the 64 bit installation iso sources folder. Rename it to bootX64.wim.

Put bootx64.wim into the usb drive sources folder.

Add an entry to usb drive \boot\bcd for boot64.wim.

Would that allow it to work for either a 32 or 64-bit machine? Would that work with YUMI?
