Need help: one particular folder is slower after using "folder marker"

hi, i have one folder that is much slower than the others since i used "folder marker"
i used the software and clicked on "apply icon on all sub folders"
and since then, this folder is much more slower at first
and when it has loaded the folder load correctly (it has indexed or something)
i have disabled the indexing service
and it is not because they are not in the "general category"
i uninstalled the program but the folders are still all "customised"
maybe if i reset this folder ? i don't know how it can be possible
maybe reset all icons folders to original?

can somebody help me please

do i have to reinstall windows?
i have a intel duo core 2.4 with 4meg ram, ssd primary disk

i have multiple 4tb hard drives and many bigger folders but this one is much slower than the others to appear ( folders are not visible completely in whole at first, , but they load like in 5-8 shot, and any other folders which may be bigger or wathever , they don't do that)
