Need help reinstalling windows 7 and Bootmgr is misssing

Hello everyone, I have a HP G62-225DX laptop. about a month ago my screen went blue and when I restarted it, a message saying hard disk does not exist appeared. took it to a repair shop to be replaced with 250 gb sata drive.
Now when I start it "Bootmrg is missing" appears, and when i try to put in my recovery disks nothing happens. Someone please help!
