Need help solving an issue accessing a google page?

Hi,
My issue in that I'm unable to access my bank page/website on google chrome for some reason. I have no problem going on any other web page other than the one I'm unable to access! Do you know how to resolve this problem?

My bank website is:

That's not an error page, it looks like a normal HTTP response, showing all the headers and content. Could you have opened the developer tools in error?

BTW, the website seems totally normal from here.

Could you have opened the developer tools in error? What is that? I don't think I did!

I have clear my browsing history, reset my settings on Google Chrome, run Malwarebytes and so on but nothing worked to solve the problem!

If I use my tablet instead of my Desktop PC to go on this Bank website address, it works so I know there is a problem with my desktop PC! I have no problem going/accessing any other site, its only the bank site! I even called them but the woman who responded had no clue what I was talking about!

Try running this:

Chrome Cleanup Tool

Note: Personally I don't use Chrome but do have a couple of Chrome variants.

Also try a reset:

Reset Chrome settings to default - Chrome Help
