Need help with BSOD 0x000000F4

I have a Dell laptop and I can't get Win 7 Pro to start at all. It just begins to load the GUI, I see the arrow for the mouse pointer, and then I get the BSOD.

System Restore - fails
Use Last Known Good - doesn't work
Safe Mode - also produces BSOD

I have no other info, other than 0x000000F4, and the 4 long hex codes after it.

I don't what happened to corrupt my laptop. It was working fine, however, a family member let a friend use it for a half hour. I come back home, and now it's DOA.

If Windows won't start, and SR won't work, I don't know what else to try. If I have to do a clean reinstall, it's going to waste an entire day. Just wondering if there's any repair options I missed.

Thanks.

Can you get a command prompt?

If yes, run sfc /scannow

copy and zip your dmp files and upload here.

Can't get to command prompt either.

One thing I plan to do tomorrow is pull the hard drive, attach it to another PC, and copy some data off it. If I do this, would the minidump file be useful in debugging? If so I can pull that too.

the information would be helpful from the minidump.

Sorry for flogging a dead topic, but I have been getting frequent 0xF4 BSODs and would rather use an already created topic without creating a new one.

Computer specs: See my profile for relevant specs, please ask if you want to know more and I will provide what I can.

Ok here is my problem. I bought Fifa 14 for PC and installed it on my PC (mandatory for it to be installed and played through Origin (EA)). It installed fine, and when I clicked play, my PC froze for a minute, came back and then hit me with a 0x000000F4 BSOD (http://img543.imageshack.us/img543/9126/1wcp.jpg). It happened every time after I clicked play, without fail. I did a clean reinstall of both Origin and Fifa, but it still happened. So after that I stopped trying and continued as normal.

However since then I started to get random 0xF4 BSODs, with the same parameters as the pictures above albeit some digits or letters may have been slightly different. I've done a few system restores but they creeped in over a couple of weeks, and now ti is much worse. Now if I leave my PC idle for ~5 minutes, I get the 0xF4 BSOD, every time. At first I ignored it, but obviously it gets irritating and can't keep going on like this. I've checked many threads on different websites but all suggested things haven't worked, I'll go through now with what I've tried (if I can remember most/all).

I checked for a driver upgrade, and found I needed to upgrade mine (Cataclyst), however updating it didn't solve the issue. I installed Microsoft Security Essentials and ran a scan on my PC. A quick scan found nothing wrong with my PC, and a full scan caused my PS to 0xF4 BSOD at about 42000 files scanned. I downloaded and installed malwarebytes, a quick scan found 4 issues which were fixed and a full scan resulted in a 0xF4 BSOD during the scan, like the Microsoft Security Essentials one. So I am unable to get a full scan completed for either.

I recently tried putting sfc /scannow into cmd, but it seems that didn't fix my problem/ I've done a disk check and it resolved any apparent problems, but still get the BSOD.

I've downloaded and installed BlueScreenView, but nothing shows up after I turn my PC on after a BSOD. Event Viewer shows nothing related to system crashes or BSODs. I have no minidump folder on my PC, so can't upload anything from there to SkyDrive which is an issue.

I downloaded the SF Diagnostic Tool, extracted it and ran it as an administrator, which caused my computer to freeze and restart without even opening up the tool.

Not much I can think of, numerous things I have tried to no avail. Another BSOD I get is 0x0000007A (KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR). Here is the following technical information that I receive with either BSOD:

STOP: 0x000000F4 (0x0000000000000003, 0xFFFFFA800703FB30, 0xFFFFFA800703FE10, 0xFFFFF80002DCC7B0)
KERNEL_DATA_INPAGE_ERROR - STOP: 0x0000007A (0x0000000000000020, 0xFFFFFFFFC000009D, 0xFFFFFA8007A34078, 0x0000000000000000).

With both of these, nothing shows up in BlueScreenView or Event Viewer. 0xF4 happens most of the time when my computer is left idle, 0x7A has happened twice.

I hope anyone can help, thanks in advance if possible.
