SOLVED Need Help with CPU Hogs!

These progroms are taking over my cpu:Tracerpt.exe , Startmansvc.exe, and system idel prosses. Is there anything i can do so they cant take over my cpu?

You want System Idle Process to have as much CPU as possible. System Idle Process means the CPU is idle with nothing to do.

Are the other two processes causing trouble?

Well what i did was a couple of performance tweaks by brink and it went away

In general, and not specifically for this OP, you can right click any application or process in Task Manager and choose to reduce the number of CPU cores which it's allowed to be hitting on - can help ease a front end heavy application usefully and effectively... :)
