Need help with "ctrl+alt+a" shortcut key in Win 7.

Lately I have been encountering an issue with "ctrl + alt + a" shortcut key in my win 7. When I press ctrl+alt+a by accidentally, it shows me a tools bar which I can copy or edit somethings. This is really annoying me. Can this shortcut key be disabled? Thank you so much for help.

That's got to be for some program you have installed. It's not part of Windows itself.
