been having problems with this laptop overheating and shutting down on me.....I have laptop elevated where it's not flat on the table surface.....once it shuts down I can immediately restart with no problem.....I do get a screen message that it has shutdown for overheating but it's ok now.....What I had up on my screen is still there and I haven't lost anything.......
I have run AVG.......SuperAntiSpyware.....and Malwarebytes Anti-Malware to make sure system is clean....no virus on system but did have a few spyware/malware that i got rid off along with cookies.........
Is it a fan problem? Do they need to be replaced?.......Is it a program causing the problem? How do I find out?
