Need help with Windows 7, right click error on desktop

I've been looking for a way to solve this problem but I've haven't found anything.. When ever i right click on a icon on my desktop (games, firefox, etc) a quick error box pops up and quickly goes away, so i don't actually have a chance to see the error and the menu that normaly comes up when right clicking doesn't open. But when i right click on the background, the menu pops up no problem..

So how can i fix this?

Do the following steps.

1. Click Start Menu
2. Type eventvwr into the Search programs and files
3. Expand Custom Views
4. Click Adminstrative Events (you may get a dialog saying access is denied to security events, just ignore it)
5. Check for reoccurring errors

If you need help determining what causes an error, copy and paste part of the error into Google, or copy and paste the full error into this thread. We should be able to track it down.

alright thx.. and it was winrar for some reason >.> i kept right clicking until i could see a word and i saw winrar.. just reinstalled it and works fine.. But thx for the info
