Need to retrieve some old links from Chrome

As the title says, I am wondering how to find some links I have previously looked up to, lets say for about 4-5 months ago.
In Chrome there is already a search engine to look for specific links in the history, but it doesn't offer so much old links only for the past few weeks.
Is there a alternative way to find those links eventually through Windows?

Looks like Chrome only stores history from the last 90 days

Use the History page to view a list of websites you've ever visited in the last 90 days while using Google Chrome in standard mode

There is mention of an Archived History, but there is a note that it only includes visits?

There is also Archived History that predates information in the History file. Note that the Archived History only contains visits

Yeah I thought there must be a limit in Chrome, what about Windows, does it keep those links in a file, for a certain amount of time(days or months)?

Windows is only storing what Chrome tells it to. I believe Chrome's cache is in

C:\users\(User name)\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default\Cache

You can view the cache as a link list, type

about:cache

into the Chrome address bar
