Need to run a task when resuming from sleep

I have a batch file that stops and restarts a service. I'm trying to make a task to run that when the computer wakes from sleep but it doesn't run. On the history it does say the task is completed. If I click run manually it also works.

I have the trigger as:

Begin the task: On an event
Log: System
Source: Power-Troubleshooter

I set it to run only when the user is logged on, if I use run whether user is logged on or not it gives me an error.

I don't have a solution but will offer that I've never had success in anything when allowing Sleep and Hibernate to take control so I disable them. But then I use Win7 and Win8.1 on my Custom-built computers, don't know if OEM/Brandname computers will work the same.

Under the task's 'Conditions' tab, uncheck the power option indicated below:



And check the third power option.
