Solved Need to Upgrade IE 8 to IE 10

Hi,

One of the tecnicians from Norton had to log on to my computer
to repair Norton and somehow he got my IE back to version 8.

I am trying to upgrade it to ie 10 and every link I find is for IE 11??

I originally downgraded to from IE 11 to IE 10 because IE 11 would only allow tabbed browsing
as opposed to opening in a new window (which I prefer).

Can anyone help me get back to IE 10?

Hi,
Internet explorer 10 is still being offered through the windows update system,
Check for updates,
If all you see is ie11 being offered right click it and click on Hide.
On the top right click on Check for updates,
ie9 and probably ie10 will appear download and install them,
