need urgent help about laptop fan

hello everyone I have a serious issue,my laptop fan stops working properly whenever I run a game it keeps spinning every few seconds slowly but before I run any game when I first turn on pc fan works normally at a normal speed I am trying to find a solution for two weeks

That is normal. It is the temperature controller acting on the fan.
When you turn on a computer, it runs the fan at full speed.
On most laptops, if the temperature is below a threshold (for ex 60ºC) it runs the fan at low speed or even turn it off. When the temperature is above the threshold it will increase the fan speed till the temp drops below the threshold.

-Install a hardware monitor http://openhardwaremonitor.org/files/openhardwaremonitor-v0.8.0-beta.zip
expand it to C:\Program Files (x86)\HardwareMonitor and execute the OpenHardwareMonitor.exe. Go to options tab
- Start minimized
- Minimize to tray
- Minimize on close
- Run on windows startup
