Network stops working after hibernate

So every now and then when I resume my computer form hibernation, my computer can't connect to the network. I can't get anything from the internet, and there's a yellow alert icon on the network icon in the system tray. When I run the normal windows diagnostics, it can't find the problem. I end up having to reset my computer to get the network working again. Nothing else seems to have any problems. There are no network problems for any other device int he house; just my computer.

I would appreciate any tips for things I could do to try to restore the network next time this happens.

This is for sleep in Win 10/8 but it should work for hibernation in Win 7 (if the mentioned option is not checked)-
