Here's the step by step guide:
1. Enable Guest account
2. Start-> run, type in -> gpedit.msc
3. Go to "Computer Configuration"->"Windows Settings"->"Security Settings"->"Local Policies"->"User Rights Assignment"
4. Look for "Deny Access to this computer from network", remove "Guest" from there (this in the future might have some security implications if you don't set your NTFS ACL properly). Click OK.
5. Go to "Computer Management" (right click "My Computer", click "Manage")
6. Go to "System Tools"->"Shared Folders"->"Shares", right click your shares that you need to access on the Mediagate device, click "Properties".
7. Go to "Share Permissions" tab, add "Guest" in there.
8. Go to "Security" tab, make sure "Everyone" can at least "Read". Press OK.
9. Close "Computer Management"
10. Go try the share once again on the Mediagate...
Good luck.
