New BSOD when opening a video in facebook

i was on face book the other day and opened up a video, instant blue screen, rebooted, same thing, then the comp wouldnt start.... figuring it was a videocard i took out my galaxy gts 250 leaving my other gts 250 in, it booted up and my comp was limping along... i was able to watch videos again and anything else i wanted, booted up today, it wont fully run windows, just hangs there on the boot up screen. Now i have to run in Safe mode.

I did update my drivers after the first BSOD didnt help, i am just trying to figure out if my motherboard went or my videocards
