Is Windows 7 . . .
- x86 (32-bit) or x64 ? x64
- the original installed OS on the system? x64
- an OEM or full retail version?

- Full Retail = you purchased it from retailer

- What is the age of system (hardware)? 1 month
- What is the age of OS installation (have you re-installed the OS?) 1 month

Help I just get a new laptop and it is having BSOD problem.

If you dont know what overclocking is you probably arent doing it.

You dont "install" the event ID, that only tells you what the issue is. You do take the item in bold and either re-install or delete (if you dont need it)
