New mobo. Fresh win7 install?

Hi guys.
Just received a new mobo, and somewhere I read that you need to do a fresh win7 install when swapping.
Is this so?

You need to do a clean install,
As the new MOBO's now have a uEFI BIOS.

Or you can just disable uEFI if you don't want it (consider your mobo manual for this, you may dont need to do anything) and follow this :

Follow Method One (if you change hardware but keep old hard drive).
