Can't get anything out of the new headfones on the Win7 PC. They work fine on mine in Win10.
New headfones are selected & enabled & set as default sound in Sound Control Panel.
Plug in the old headfone & there is sound. Connection on both is USB.
Troubleshooting says all is fine.
