We always assume you have made your Recovery Disks using the OEM manufacturer's Recovery Media Creator app the first day you had your new PC.
& made the Startup Repair CD.

The normal way is to use your CD, make a clean install (format). You can do the same with and ISO, but you must save your stuff, first.
Some companies, would sell your a CD at cost or you can borrow one from a friend.

Problem is I dont have the cd. It came pre-installed.

Download the 64-bit version of your exact OS from this list:

Official Windows 7 SP1 ISO from Digital River « My Digital Life

Burn it to a disc and use it for the install.

Activate it with your existing Product Key.

Don't do the above if you don't have a valid product key.

Back up your data before you start.

The new installation will NOT have all the crap that your OEM installation had. It will be Windows only.

Try this. Download the 64bit Home premium .iso from this site, burn it to DVD, install and activeate with the Windows Product Key the is on the COA sticker on your system ( on laptops it is on the bottom).

Hmm, Ignatz beat me by 1 minute - LOL

Only difference: the existing product key will probably not work because this is a generic OEM key they use for mass activation. Use the one from the COA sticker.
