Did you change the temporary boot order in the BIOS to boot from the CD/DVD first.

When you get the BIOS splash screen after power-on see what function key to press to get into the temporary boot menu. In there you navigate with the up/down keys to highlight the CD/DVD reader. Then hit Enter.

Unfortunately there is no standard way to get into the boot screen. Every mobo is different. Some are F12, others ESC and others again F9 ot the zero button. You never know. Only the splash screen or the manual will tell.

Why reinstall? Why not simply clone the 64GB SSD to the 240GB SSD?
