Solved New Tab don't work

When I select a new tab I just get a Blank like below, con someone tell me how to fix this?

You could use the method in the tutorial below to set what a new tab opens to in Internet Explorer.

When I shut down my PC it goes back to not working. Very strange, I cannot figure out why it won't stay.

Does this only happen when you shut down, or does it also happen after you only log out?

Are you getting a user profile error when you log in next by chance?

No Error and it only does it after I shut down. I have to shut down for awhile since I live east of Panama City Beach Fl. and we are under severe weather warnings and it's just about to hit me.

Not sure then unless Internet Explorer is getting reset somehow.
