I am really amazed that the EU let's them get away with that. Even the US authorities should get into the act. That is called bundling and given that the Mac PCs cost twice as much as the exact same Win PCs, that should be a real no, no.Mac OSX EULA makes that very clear, Apple authorizes user to use their OS only on Apple computers.
