New W7 user experiencing resolution problems

Nope. No change with that driver either. Nevermind. Its still cool for browsing, etc but gaming is out until I sort out a better system :)

That's a shame.

Maybe you will catch the bug like I did when I first joined here a couple of years back.

I started with a pretty low spec PC, and now I have spent far too much money, had a few rows with the missis but have a pretty darn good PC lol.

Okay I have a idea, it may be redundant. I have two computer hooked to one 40 in. screen. One hdmi and one vga. I just toggle back and forth with the monitor remote if I use both computers at the same time. The point I'm getting to is. No mater which computer I use, vga or hdmi I must start the monitor and get to the screen (no signal) before starting either computer or it's a mess. I have a new cable ordered so both will be hdmi. That may change things, I will find out.
