Newly built computer having problems ,after reboot

This is specs of the PC

Asus Z-87-PRO
Intel i5-4670
Asus GTX 750-ti
650 Thermal Take Power Supply
8GB Hyper X Fury Black
120GB Sandisk SSD
2TB Green HDD

It works fine when starting from a powered off machine, but after reboot it fails to boot (I meant there is no video , even the mouse and keyboard has no lights)

Run a few Startup Repairs to see if it finds anything awry.

Post back a screenshot of Disk Management - Post a Screen Capture Image so we can look over your config.

Then work through the Troubleshooting Steps for Windows 7 or if it isn't stable enough the steps for Troubleshooting Windows 7 Failure to Start

Yeyo, when you say it fails to boot, is it showing the BIOS and then failing to boot to windows, or is it a black screen right from the start?

there's no power after reboot from windows 7 as in black screen , no lights from keyboard nad mouse too

The time shown in the members profile will continuously update every minute and reflect the local time in their timezone, just the same as the clock at the bottom right of your screen does!
Test it as follows:
Open any thread on the forum. All the minute figures will be the same but the hour figure will reflect the timezone of the member. Sit and twiddle your thumbs for 60 seconds then press the F5 key on your keyboard, that will refresh the screen and all the minute figures on every profile will move forward by a minute!
EDIT: Forget to mention it but this does not apply to Brink who is an alien from another world
