NIS 2010 - Identitly Safe not working

I have just upgraded from NIS 2009 to NIS2010 I find that I can't make the identity safe work if I have the Norton Toolbar hidden?

I don't like all these toolbars across my screen they take up too much space!
As anyone else found out this flaw, because it worked in NIS 2009 with the toolbar hidden so why not in NIS 2010
