I have a Velocity Micro 2020 with an Asus P5NSLI / P5ND2 motherboard. I upgraded from Windows XP to Windows 7 and have lost my audio device. Under audio, video and game controllers in device manager the only device it shows is a "High Definition Audio Device". When I went to Realtek and tried to download a driver, it came up with the error "RTKVac.sys not found.

How can I fix this - I miss my sound!

Don't see Win 7 support for this mobo. Try updating the bios to Version 1801 and see if the onboard audio is detected.
