Hello
I have a sony laptop pcg-6122m about one year old, operating system windows 7. The sound has suddenly stopped working and i cant seem to fix it. I am not particularly tech savy and have tried a few things from messages on the forum from b4 but none have worked so far !
Error message bottom right corner with red circle saying "no audio output device is installed". The sound driver is called "bluetooth hands free audio" - came with the laptop and i have not changed it. Seemed to start having the problem after unplugging an external hard drive. Have checked with anti-virus software and says no problem.
So far tried going through control panel, sound section and disabling/re-enabling and also updating the driver but still no luck.
Would appreciate any help
