I didn't know what to say about it but it's been happening for a few weeks now. Randomly and sometimes when explorer restarts. Could someone explain it to me? There are like two extra windows that do nothing and it doesn't just happen with this one program but almost all that are open at the time.

I don't really know the exact date but it started after a major system failure that required me to reseat the memory. And yeah, I've run everything I have, doesn't seem to pick up anything. And I got rid of the restore points before then. And the problem seems to resolve itself when I restart a program that it's affecting.

Do you still have the explorer restarting problem? And regarding the extra 2 windows, they appear to me sometimes when i forcibly kill sidebar process and then restart it.

I restart it forcibly when needed and when explorer crashes. It's never a problem really cause I usually know the cause will be thumbnail generations.

Yeah, haha. I've been using aim for a few years now. I guess I should've been clear about only wanting to know what the extra two taskbar windows were.
