Solved No Input Signal

I turned my pc off last night and everything was working fine. Now in morning I turned it on and it shows no display. All I get is "No Input Display", I've checked all connections and everything seem to be working but keyboard and mouse light won't turn on so I'm guessing they are not working either. I've tried to connect them on different USB connections but still the same.

Any ideas whats wrong with it?

I often tend to suspect the graphic cards in such a situation, but it could really be anything. We need more information to troubleshoot that.

Describe exactly what happens when you restart your PC.

( Sometimes, a restart will fix the problems anyway).

Sounds like your power supply has failed. Do you get any lights or any drive activity at all when you power it on? It there is nothing, first thought is to check the mains where you plug it in and make sure that is OK. Then, in case the internal "crowbar" (basically an electronic circuit breaker) has tripped, disconnect the power supply from the mains for about 2 minutes, then reconnect and try.

If there is still nothing and the power supply is not turning on, jumper the GREEN wire (pin 14) to one of the BLACK ground wires on the 24 pin connector and see if the power supply comes on. This doesn't say the power supply is good and has all the proper voltages, but it does say it will power on and if that is the case check your front panel power switch connections and possibly a motherboard problem.

CPU turns on, motherboard light is on and I can hear hdd sound. I have plugged display cable in both graphic cards but still no display. I've tried hdmi and dvi cables. I've checked all connections from inside as well.

Hi Devilz. Sorry to hear you are having some issues. Couple of questions.

1. Do you hear any beeps at power on. One beep on ASUS boards indicates
a successfull POST.

2. Have you tried removing one Video card and trying in out in both slots. Do the
same with the second card.

Sometimes when one Video card of a set goes, it can bring down the whole video
buss.

Try reinstalling the graphic card drivers first. If that does not work, it sounds as if there is a problem with your cards.

Problem sorted. Removed graphic cards and ram modules. Reinserted them and turned the computer on and it's all working now. Thanks all for your input

Excellent. Glad to hear it's working. What made you suspect the RAM? Or was that just a random trial?

Are your graphic cards properly mounted? Loose cards can cause problems.

I remembered it happened to me once like 10 years ago and I removed ram and slided my fingers on connectors and reinserted them. Don't know if it really works or not but it does trick for me.
