Which version of Windows 7? Is this an RC or final? If this is a RC, the guest mode that MS was trying was unlike guest mode in Vista. It was more like "kid proof" mode. Here's some info: http://www.winsupersite.com/win7/ff_pcsafeguard.asp
Why are you trying to access Internet with Guest? Logon as admin and then report back to us...
